Graham Palmer
Graham is a highly experienced and commercially focused business leader, proven in scaling SME’s, driving value and successfully leading multiple business exits.
Graham is a qualified accountant, spending the early part of his career in the profession, with significant experience in corporate finance-led advisory and due diligence. This includes raising debt and equity funding, M&A and financial modelling.
Joining a client in the waste sector initially as Finance Director, then taking on a combined Finance Director / Managing Director role, Graham was instrumental in growing the business organically and through numerous acquisitions before leading the sale of the business to an international buyer.
Graham then joined the Board of a software business, changing the business model to a SAAS based business focusing on driving recurring revenue to scale and build value. Graham then led the sale of the business following an approach by a US private equity-backed acquirer, the deal being completed in five and a half weeks.
